Q: Will my item look exactly like the picture?
A: Finishes Color, texture, and graining variations can occur in natural products like leather, wood and stone. These are not normally considered imperfections.

For leather products all colors other than black & white are bound to have variations in every production line. Color representations on computer terminals and screens can be different based on settings and various display technologies. We cannot dispute the finish, color, texture or any other physical attribute after ordering the product.

Q: How will I know if an item is too large or small for my living area?
A: Measurements can be found in the description of the product, otherwise please contact us. Please measure your living area to ensure the product/s ordered will be suitable the area desired.

Q: How long will it take for me to receive the products I ordered?
A: Expected time of arrival varies on every product.

Q: Do items need to be paid in full before my order is placed?
A: Upon placing the order, half of full amount must be paid. Once the product arrives then the remaining balance must be paid before taking delivery.

Q: Is delivery included in purchase price?
A: Delivery is optional and varies depending on location and amount of items purchased. Please check with representative for further details.

No refunds on deposits or purchased items, same item exchange only. Damages must be reported at the time you take delivery of products. All returned products must be in original condition (not used and not installed, with all original packaging material included). Prior to return, customers need to email or call for Return Authorization number. Any return without a Return Authorization number will not be accepted. All associated shipping charges when returning or exchanging the product will be paid by the customer. How does the 100% Lowest Price Guarantee work?
We are confident we will match any competitors publicly advertised products (ad must be dated within 7 days) which must be presented at time of purchase only. No discounts or adjustments will be given once order has been placed. Offer to beat competitor pricing applies to NEW, unopened merchandise only. We reserve the right to refuse offer under certain conditions:

•Opened or damaged products
•Advertisements that are expired or are no longer available
•Advertisements in classified ads or auctions (open or closed), regardless of whether the merchandise is new or used
• Discontinued items, special orders, custom orders, closeouts, out of stock, demos, or items out of the box
•Offers mentioned to you only verbally, whether in person or on the phone
•Offers advertised in-store sign or price tag or markdowns
•Offers outside of our standard delivery area (continental United States)
•After your order is completed, you will automatically be sent “Order Confirmation” within 24-48 hours to the email address provided. Please be sure to keep this as it will serve as your confirmation of purchase. Carefully review the order and advise us immediately of any necessary changes.
•Prices are subject to change. In order to lock in price your order must be placed.
Once your order is placed no changes can be made. You deposit is not refundable.

Living it Up Furniture accepts the following forms of payment:
Cash, checks or money orders. When using this method of payment deposit of one-half of the amount due must be made to secure order.
Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover through Pay-Pal. Authorization from Pay-Pal must be confirmed for 100% of the amount of purchase order.
You will be notified once items arrive. If you have made arrangements for delivery products must be paid prior to delivery. In case of partial shipments, you will be required to pay the balance only on the items being shipped. An ETA will be provided for remaining products.
Orders with special coupon codes may not be combined with Free Shipping items unless previously authorized. Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order if product has not already shipped. Any order canceled after 48 hours will be a subject to a 25% cancellation fee. Deposits/fees on cancelled orders may be used for future orders.

Delays in production and shipping may occur. If a delay occurs, don’t panic. We will work hard to get your purchase to you, but please keep in mind that we work with high-ticket and large items, which may be shipped overseas. Delays may occur due to production, popularity of item, holiday seasons, or other factors not in our control. We will make all efforts to quote accurate times of arrival and notify all our customers promptly. Please note that we are not responsible for product delays from the manufacturer. Under no circumstances will Living it Up Furniture offer any discounts additional discounts due to any of the above mentioned delays.

Shipping & Delivery is not included.
Items can be picked up at no additional cost to you and may require assembly.
VIP Shipping: For VIP clients we offer “Premium White Glove Delivery” for selected items at an additional cost. This service provides two-man delivery to your residence. The item will be assembled and placed in the area that you designate. The delivery personnel will dispose of all packaging and will not move personal items or furniture not stated on purchase order. If staircase has not been stated on invoice, a $25.00 additional charge will be applied to you.
Regular Shipping: Basic delivery includes drop off of furniture to your front door and does NOT include assembly or installation. Estimated time of delivery will be provided (2-3 hour window). A 15 minute grace period will be provided, however if you are not present items will be returned to Living It Up Furniture, delivery fee will still apply. A representative will give you an estimated price. Note: SHIPPING ESTIMATES ARE QUOTES, NOT GUARANTEES.
