How long does it take for my products to be made and delivered? SHIPPING

Due to the impact of COVID-19, our industry is experiencing significant supply chain challenges and transportation delays. We are doing our best to project accurate shipping dates; however, please note that these could change. We apologize for any disappointment or inconvenience


Production and delivery time varies depending on the item(s) ordered, your customization options . We always aim to deliver within 4 weeks from the date of your order. Manufactures can have delays with shipments due to weather . Please order in advance ,

Can I pick up my order direct from The Furniture spot ?

Yes you need to pick up within 72 hours or less . Currently we have a small  showroom please schedule immediately so that you don’t accumulate storage fees .

We only give estimated time of delivery ,

To track your order, you will receive an email with our delivery service tracking details of your order.

Does someone need to be home to accept delivery?

Yes. It is necessary for someone to be available to accept delivery as, when an appointment is set . We  require a signature as proof of receipt.

Furthermore, our carriers can  provide a door-to-door service, which does not include carrying the items inside, carrying items up stairs, placement, or removal of packaging. If your order includes larger items or you are not comfortable carrying your items, we suggest having an additional person to assist( at a cost )  with the placement of your items inside. Our staff is not aloud to move anything , not purchased by us . We will not install electrical equipment. Please ,make sure all driveways , hallways are clear . We are not responsible for your floors or walls . You are responsible to measure your doors & hallways .


My items haven’t arrived yet. What can I do?

Please allow us to follow up with you ,  from the day you received the order confirmation. For any additional concern, please do not hesitate to email us or call .

How do I change my shipping address after my order has been placed?

Simply email us  with the address change.

How will I know how my order is progressing? All items are estimated dates only , no cancellation

Once your payment is received, your purchase is sent into  processed . You have 24to 72 hours max to cancel with out a restocking fee.  Read return policy .

Once your payment has been accepted, we allocate your order to insure it is in stock . If cancelled after 72 hours you are responsible for 30% restocking fee, no cancellation on custom made pieces .

no deposit will be refunded ,

Once your order arrives   from our manufacturer we quickly schedule a delivery ,if this delivery is cancelled in less then 24 hours . There will be a $75 fee ,

Once your order has been delivered it is your responsibility to check boxes, or product for damage .( see return policy)



What are the shipping charges in case of returns?

You can return your damage  item(s) within 1 days of the purchase date. If the product(s) is not damaged or faulty, Shipping costs will vary according to the item(s) and your location.

In the unexpected event of receiving a faulty product(s) or you have a warranty claim, please contact us by email at Photos may be requested to support the assessment of your claim. If the warranty claim is accepted, we will arrange a replacement, a store credit or a refund for the item(s), and cover all associated freight costs.

I need to return an item(s), but I don’t have the original packaging. since they will not return with box
